Return & Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products or subscriptions that you have purchased from us.

1. No Refunds (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access granted to our tools upon purchase, The Kindred does not offer refunds. By purchasing a subscription or service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final.
  • No credits or refunds will be issued for partial months of service or for periods where your account remains open but unused.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, you will not be charged again, and your access will be revoked.

3. Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical Errors: If a verified technical issue caused by our platform completely prevents you from using the service and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: If you were erroneously double-charged due to a system glitch.

Note: Change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with features does not qualify for an exception.
